Answer: I have been licensed in the Pest Control Business since 1984

Question: Is the chemical you use safe?
Answer: Nothing is safe, but all the products I use are approved by the EPA, and applied per the label directions, THE LABEL IS THE LAW

Question: Will I have to do anything to get ready for your service?
Answer: Most of the time you will not have to do anything if there is any special instructions; I will let you know well in advance.

Question: How much is your service going to cost me?
Answer: That all depends on how bad the problem you are having is. We do offer monthly, quartley, and one time service. All service comes with some kind of guarantee. The cost is all figured into the pest control plan designed just for you.

Question: How about my pets?
Answer: Most of the time pets can stay in your home. There are a few special situations, when you have to remove them. Some pets that have to be removed are fish and birds.

Question: How about my children?
Answer: It is up to you, most of the chemical I use has no odor to it. If you have any special concerns be sure I ask me about it, when we set up time for your service.

Question: Do you treat the inside and outside of my home?
Answer: It depends on what kind of problem you are having. Most insects can be controlled by treating just the outside of your home. But I will do everything I can do to control your insect problems.

Question: What about Termites?
Answer: When I treat your home for insects, I also inspect for termites. If termite activity is found I will inform you, and give you several options at that time. I don't do termite treatment myself, I have someone that I have known for 30 years do that for me. He also is fully licensed and insured.

Question: Are you fully Licensed and Insured?
Answer: Yes, and I am willing to show you are send you proof if you ask for it.

Question: Do you have copies of the Label and MSDS?
Answer: Yes, I do, I can fax them to you or E -Mail them to you.

Question: Can't I do all this stuff myself?
Anwser:  Lots of people have tried to, and the end results in calling in a Pest Professional, cause most homeowners don't know how to use the chemical right. Remember the raw chemical is very toxic to people, fish, birds, kids. I have special training to apply the chemical in the safest least toxic to you and environment. Ask yourself, if you have a family member that was sick would you take them to the doctor (who has special training ) or take care of it yourself. Most of the time the homeowner makes the problem worst, so it takes more time and money for us to get rid of them. Just something to think about.
